Pretty impressive update for FIFA '19 this week (especially the gameplay responsiveness) considering '20 is only a month away:
Gameplay:

   
• Multiple technical changes focused on Gameplay Responsiveness.

FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT):

   
• Fixed more scenarios where the Dynamic and 2D images for Player Items were sometimes disappearing.
• Rarely, some users were stuck in a frozen state which resulted in disconnecting from FUT.
• Sometimes, FUT Club info stats (W/D/L record etc.) would overlap with the ‘Active Squad’ after comparing item prices several times in a row in quick succession.

Audio:
Addressed the following issue:

   
• Rarely, the Premier League anthem was missing from the lineup handshake sequence.

Other Fixes in FIFA 19 1.17

   
• FIFA 19 patch 1.17 addressed crashing issues.
• Added AI changes and improvements.
• FIFA 19 version 1.17 added minor bug fixes.
• Added fixes for matchmaking issue.
• Addressed stuttering and lag issues.
• Added stability and performance improvements with FIFA 19 patch 1.17.
