Xbox One Set To Release on Nov. 22nd

Exactly one week after the PS4. I don't care what Microsoft says, they let Sony dictate their entire plan for the upcoming generation. Because of Sony, Microsoft killed their DRM, upgraded their GPU and CPU during the past few weeks to better compete against Sony's more powerful hardware and caved on their strict guidelines towards indie developers.

While all these things benefit the consumer, it doesn't show much confidence in Microsoft's vision and direction for the Xbox One. With my son's PS4 already pre-ordered, I'm guaranteed to buy a PS4 down the line too.

Is that date tied to them historically?  I seem to remember the original xbox was released on that same date or am I wrong?

The Xbox 360 was released on that date.
