Has anyone else received emails with claim numbers re: the above class action suit?

I think I did a few months ago, but I never submitted a claim.

Apparently the settlement was revised:

and yes, I'll be submitting a claim since I purchased 7 copes of NCAA Football and 6 copies of Madden during that time period.

What kind of proof do you need to get in on the claim?
I bought several of those titles, myself.

No proof other than you swear to the best of your recollection that the foregoing is true and correct under penalty of perjury.  I submitted a claim for 3 NCAA and 1 madden title.  That was honestly what I could recollect, but who knows?  Anyway it looks like the proposed settlement that has yet to be approved is about 20 bucks per claimed title.

NCAA 2009, 2011 and 2012 for the Xbox 360
Madden 2005 and 2007 for the PS2
Madden 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 for the Xbox 360

I claimed 14 titles; I had gotten that e-mail just a couple of days ago.

Just got my settlement check for $163.17 today!!!
