Really fun game. Kind of the same feeling I had with Boom Boom Rocket only way more advanced.  Had a ton of RB3 songs downloaded and now I have something to o with them.

Thumbs are burning. Very addicting. Only complaint so far is the inability to play Rock Band 3 songs (on-disc) as there is no export for it.  I need some Free Bird.

Just grabbed this. So cool my RB library imports. Using "Freakish" control scheme at present.
Yeah, yer hands go numb....

Default for me. The advantage for me is the ability to move around the front/back/sides of the analog sticks. Less wear and tear on the thumbs.
