It's hard to judge without knowing what games will be included in each plan, but I'm not overly impressed with them. Hopefully it forces Microsoft to start offering annual plans for Game Pass Ultimate.

All PS3 games will still stream. There's supposed to be enhancements (better frame rates and higher resolution) for most of the PS1 and PS2 games. It still all depends on what games are included.
